Fall Fun

Fall is here my friends! That means so many of my favorite things . . . cooler weather, falling leaves, and PUMPKINS. I seriously LOVE fall decorating. This year I'll be decorating with a few pumpkins that our pig Daisy grew for us . . . see, she LOVES to eat pumpkins. See where this is going? 🤣 It's the first time the plants she “grows” have ever produced. Exciting times!

From early September through Thanksgiving is my most favorite time of the year. It's all about family and making memories, being together. I feel like it is the time of year when I am most conscious of being where my feet are.

We just got back from our biggest horse show of the season where it is absolutely necessary for me to be where my feet are at all times. ICYMI my kids did 40 classes in 3 days . . . and walked way with 32 ribbons . . . including three National Championships and four Reserve National Championships (2nd place). It was EPIC. It also left me feeling grateful for the opportunities God has given me. Opportunities to make memories with my kids that will serve them for a life time. The opportunity to own and run a business that I can put down when I need to. Opportunities to go and do. And, the ability to know when it's time to set all the things aside and be where my feet are.
